Luxury Mews home with large double room

A large double room, including double bed, large wardrobes and a home-working desk in my private, modern, quiet Mews home just off Goldhawk Road, where Shepherds Bush meets Chiswick.
My home is “high spec” (estate agent speak!) with quality furnishings and has every appliance and convenience including a beautiful walled terraced garden, superfast WiFi, custom-made German kitchen (if you love to cook!), loads of appliances, a separate laundry room, two WCs (not en suite) and huge additional garage storage for bikes etc.
I’m a single gay guy, live alone and usually work from home 3 days per week. I have a busy career based in the City so having a peaceful, tidy home means a lot.
I’ll consider part-time arrangements (week days only etc) at a reduced rent - message me if you wish to explore that.
Rent includes all utility bills and a fortnightly cleaner, except Council Tax (approx additional £100).
