3 month sublet Aug - Oct in central Brixton

Subletting my double room in a 4 bed share house with a garden in central Brixton. 2 mins from the tube and Brixton high street.

The room is £940/month not including bills which on average are between £60-100 a month.

The house share is with 3 guys who know each from university and are all professionals working in the city. There is also a cat called Smudge who is looked after by the current housemates.

The room comes furnished and is on the first floor with a large window. Wardrobe and a chest of drawers come with the room or can be kept in storage. There is a large bathroom on the first floor and a separate downstairs bathroom. There is an open plan living room and dining room which open out to each other and a patio and garden area at the back of the house.

Flexible move in date around end of July or early August 2024.
