I have two spacious, fully furnished double bedrooms available in my quiet, clean and friendly owner occupied home.

This would suit a respectful, responsible full time working professional looking for a comfortable, well equipped home rather than a busy house share.

The house has a modern Shaker style kitchen with integrated oven and hob, quality appliances and everything you need for day to day living, including cookware, microwave, kettle, toaster and utensils.

The main bathroom would be shared with only one other lodger and has an electric power shower, bath, sink and toilet.

There are three toilets in the property.

QUIET & CLEAN HOME

The lounge, kitchen and garden are shared, so I am looking for someone who is clean, considerate and willing to help keep the shared areas tidy.

The property is fully alarmed, has off road parking and fibre high speed WiFi is included.

LIVE IN LANDLORD

I am the live in landlord and also work at L&D Hospital. I live separately in a downstairs extension with my own bedroom, en-suite shower room and toilet.

I will make regular checks of the property because I want to maintain a clean, well looked after home for everyone.

The house is intended for people with a regular daytime working routine.

Not suitable for night shift or late night shift workers
Not suitable for people who work from home or are at home throughout the day. I do not keep the heating running 24/7, so unfortunately the property isn’t suitable for night shift workers.
