The rooms have been decorated throughout with brand new carpets and new curtains. The bedrooms both have new orthopaedic mattresses. Both room have double wardrobes and chest of drawers. Three toilets in the house.

There is a shaker style' kitchen installed, with modern fittings including integrated oven and hob, with quality appliances. The kitchen has cookware, a kettle toaster and microwave oven and utensils etc.

You will only share the bathroom with the second lodger. It is fitted with an electric power shower, sink bath & toilet.
The house is fully alarmed, and have locks for your own privacy and safety of your belongings. There is also off road parking available.

The property has Broadband Wi Fi available . House is located on a quiet road, close to the L&D Hospital, M1 J11 and a 24 hour Tesco.

This is a very clean friendly house with lounge and garden. It’s ideally suited to working professionals and would be ideal for L&D Hospital workers as it is a short 7 min walk from the hospital.

We will all share the kitchen and living room. It is important that you are willing to share help in keeping my house clean and tidy. If you are looking for a nice quiet clean house, then this is it.

This is my house and I will be a live in landlord. I will reside in the downstairs extension of the property with my own on suite shower room, bedroom and toilet etc. I am also employed at the L&D Hospital.
