A double room is available in my house, very close to the hospital—approximately a 1-minute walk.

The room is furnished with:

- a fridge
- A desk
- A wardrobe
- A bed

**Price:**
- £600 per month with sharing bathroom + window
- £500 per month with sharing bathroom without window
- Deposit: £250

**Included in the Price:**
- Use of the kitchen
- All utility bills (electricity, gas, and water)
- Access to the washing machine and dryer

**Conditions:**
- The room is for a single person only.
- If rented by two people, the price will increase by £150.
- Minimum contract duration is 3 months, extendable up to 6 months.
