The Room has large built-in wardrobes and wash basin.

There is a very large shared kitchen with plenty of storage cupboards and room assigned fridge.

The house is only 1 mins walk from the Slough High Street and 5 mins walk from the Bus and Rail Station.

Non Smoking professional working persons preferred.

Double Room from £800 per month for Single person
£850 per month for couples
Deposit NIL, subject to reference and affordabity checks

Only Working Professionals will be considered. (NO Two Sharers).

Gas, Elec, Water and Council tax bills are included in the rent. High Speed Fibre Optic wi-Fi Broadband available.

TV Licence, Telephone/SatTV package bills are NOT included in the rent.

When you decide to take the room, Initial Holding Deposit £180 is required to reserve the room and this will become part of the first month's rent.

Everyone is responsible for keeping clean and tidy all the common areas after use, Kitchen, Toilets, Shower/Bathrooms, Hall and Landings. There is a 7 days Cleaning Rota Schedule every 5th week for each room. (If you think other people should clean your mess then this is NOT for you and please do not contact)

There are two resident car parking permits per house. Car parking permit may be available. Off street free parking between 7pm and 8am Mon to Sat and Sun free.
