Quiet Female Needed

Hi,
I have a very large newly decorated clean room fully furnished matching the décor available in a very quiet residential area within 5 mins walk to the local amenities. The room has brand new carpet with double underlay, a double bed, 2 double wardrobes, 2 bed side cabinets and 3 x chest of drawers (room is the biggest in the house). The room and house are to a very high standard.

I am looking for a clean, tidy and quiet person to live in a very clean, modern and decorative house. Plenty of parking spaces, free high speed(70mb) Virgin unlimited wireless broadband.

Rent includes all the bills so you pay nothing additional, no hidden cost at all.

I am only looking to keep two tenants who will have there own kitchen and bathroom.
