I have a lovely two floor maisonette in Windmill Hill available for short term lets over August, September and October of 2026. Looking for shorter term from a few days to a few weeks. Perfect for couples, small families and friends exploring Bristol, weekend getaways and work from home stays.

On the upper floor, you’ll find the main bay-fronted bedroom with a double bed, as well as the spacious living room with wooden floors, two sofas and a log burner. Adjoining the living room is a raised sleeping area with an additional double bed, making the property suitable for up to four guests. Please note that this sleeping area is open to the living space rather than a separate bedroom.

The lower ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you’ll need for cooking during your stay. A back door leads directly from the kitchen onto the private three-tiered garden, with a decked seating area surrounded by mature trees, shrubs and flowers.

Also on the lower ground floor is the bathroom, which has a bath with an overhead shower, toilet and basin, as well as a separate dedicated workspace with desk and monitor for anyone who needs to work during their stay.

There is secure bike storage at the front of the property for guests bringing bicycles.

The maisonette sits on a quiet residential street while still being within easy walking distance of some of the area’s best amenities.

Shops, independent cafés, pubs, bars and restaurants are around a 10-minute walk away, while Victoria Park and several other green spaces are close by.

Bedminster railway station is just a street away, making it particularly convenient for getting around Bristol and beyond. Bristol Temple Meads is around a 20-minute walk away, with a pleasant route through Victoria Park.
