I have just moved back into my house after living overseas for 18 months, and I am looking for two people to share the house with. This advert is for one of the rooms. I plan to live in the house for the next 6-8 months and then move out, so you can help choose a new housemate when I leave if you are still here!

This is a cosy room that looks out onto the garden in a very quiet and relaxed 3-bedroom house in Windmill Hill, BS3. Please note the furniture in the photos is no longer in the room, but it can be furnished with a bed, mattress, wardrobe, and desk etc or you can bring your own furniture if you prefer.

I'm a professional, so finding other professionals who work regular hours would be ideal.

The house is non-smoking and has a modern kitchen, living room, open-plan dining room, downstairs bathroom, and a garden and is a 20-minute walk from the city centre.

It is close to Temple Meads train station and North Street in Bedminster, which is home to bars, restaurants and coffee shops.

The house has everything you need, including all mod cons such as a dishwasher, microwave, and a good shower.

The house is cleaned once a fortnight, which is included in the rent.

£585 per calendar month (monthly bills not included; they are around £ 165.00 for each person). The council tax band is B.

The room and the house are perfect for someone who is clean, tidy, and professional, and who is looking for a nice, quiet, relaxed place to live long-term; however, I am happy to consider short-term lets too!

Please note this is a quiet house, and I am looking for someone who works regular hours.
