1 Double Room available in 4 Bed in Southville

Hi! We (Claudia, Tilly, and Marie) are looking for a housemate to join our house share.

The house is Ashton/Bedminster way, within walking distance of North Street, and a few minutes walk from Parson Street Station. It's also on a central bus route. The house has two bathrooms between four of us, there is a lovely large garden and garage space. We work both from home and in the office through the week and we like to keep the house clean and tidy so it's a nice, happy environment to live in.

We're looking for somebody to move in at the end of August as one of our housemates is moving back to London.

It is important to us that we all live well together, so a little bit about us;

Claudia is 32, active, and loves any activity whether creative, active, or relaxed, and any opportunity to get outside. As well as a good series binge! She works in project management.

Tilly is 31, always up for fun activities and a gig or a good TV show. Works as a giftware designer in Bath, last summer got into cold swimming (however haven’t braved the winter temperatures yet).

Marie is 32, and is constantly doing something sporty, creative, or at a gig/play somewhere. Got into climbing this year and is currently training for a half marathon. She works in construction and is in London half the week and works from home the other half.

We like spending time together and also do our own thing and enjoy being independent. Safe to say we like to keep busy!

About the cost:
Each room comes unfurnished and the rent, with bills comes to roughly £750 per month (bills averaging £135 each at the moment).
The deposit is 5 weeks rent: approx £770 (tbc).
The current tenant is offering to leave the bed (frame and mattress) if you would like to take it.

The move in date has some flexibility, currently looking at 30th August.
If it helps, and you would need to move a few days earlier than possible, we have garage space to store your things in the meantime!
The agency deals with the contracts otherwise our contact is solely with our landlord.
