2 Double Rooms available in 4 Bed in Southville

Hi! We (Claudia and Tilly) are looking for two female housemates to join our beautiful house share. The house is Ashton/Bedminster way, within walking distance of North Street, and a few minutes walk from Parson Street Station. It is also on a central bus route. The house has two bathrooms between four of us, there is a lovely large garden and garage space. We work both from home and in the office through the week and we like to keep the house clean and tidy so it's a nice, happy environment to live in.

We're looking for two people to move in at the beginning of March as two of our lovely housemates are moving in with their respective partners.

It is important to us that we all live well together, so a little bit about us;

Claudia is 31, sociable, and loves any activity whether creative, active, or relaxed. She works in project management.

Tilly is 30, always up for fun activities and a gig or a good TV show. Works as a giftware designer in Bath, last summer got into cold swimming (however haven’t braved the winter temperatures yet).

We like spending time together in and out of the house and also do our own thing and enjoy being independent. Safe to say both of us like to keep busy!

About the cost:
Each room comes unfurnished and the rent, with bills comes to roughly £750 per month (bills averaging £135 each at the moment).
The deposit is 5 weeks rent: approx £770 (tbc)

The move in date for both rooms is towards the end of feb, with potential to move left or right a few days. The estimated date is currently the 23rd Feb. Current housemates are happy to work with the respective incoming tenants to figure out the best day for both parties.
The agency deals with the contracts otherwise our contact is solely with our landlord.
