Hi, we are Shaun (35), Abbey (27) and Jamie (29) and live in a 4 bed house on Luckwell road (opposite red point climbing centre).

Abbey is a trainee solicitor who loves running and looking at restaurant menus in her spare time. I work as a geologist and love cooking. Jamie has just moved to Bristol from London and works for a wildlife charity.

We all work full time with the occasional working from home.

We are all very relaxed and are pretty active. Abbey has just started competing in half marathons and we both love bouldering. Equally love a pint down the pub but the loud party music days are over. A film/board games or cooking are what we like to do. Jamie loves yoga and exploring the city.

Our ideal housemate is someone who we can hang out with, be relaxed around and have a laugh. Someone who can come and go as they please and treats the house with respect and as their own. We all understand the need for everyones own space and so someone with that balance would be great. We have our own friendship groups in the city and have a busy social life so are sometimes away at weekends.

In terms of guests or partners staying over, no more than 3 times a week please.

There is fast ethernet connection in every room and the room comes furnished with a memory foam topper mattress. There is space for you to work in the bedroom but if you WFH full time this place isn't for you. Maximum 2 days a week WFH please.

The whole house has been completely renovated (new windows, new kitchen, sofa, flooring new wiring, etc).

Brand new kitchen is equipped with two full size electric fan ovens and an induction hob along with an american style fridge freezer.

We have our own en-suite and so you will only be sharing the bathroom with 1 other (Jamie).

The garden is very big and we love having a BBQ. Plenty of space to grow food too!
