Furnished double room in the heart of Bedminster

The house is a 3 bedroom Victorian terrace situated a stone’s throw from North Street. There is a living room, dining/reception room, kitchen with dishwasher, downstairs bathroom, washing machine and small paved garden. There is also plenty of extra storage around the house if wanted.
There is no garage/covered parking, but is plenty of street parking.

The large front bedroom will come with the bed, bedside table, wardrobe and chest of drawers, other furniture can be negotiated with the landlord. Bills are currently included in the rent. The room has space for a desk and gets amazing morning sun.

We (the current tenants) are Jack and Ellen. Jack is an Australian expat, enjoys swimming and running and works in Weston-Super-Mare. Ellen works from home and is south west local. Loves getting out and about and finding the best coffee shops around. Fiona the cat is Jack's and travelled all the way from Australia, she's super sassy but loves a cuddle and a pat.

We are both easy-going, social people who like getting out and about and are very active. We also like to chill and hang out. We keep the house tidy and clean for each other as much as possible. We respect each other's space and are looking for someone who reflects those qualities. We also have a very good landlord so are keen to find someone who will respect his generosity as it's a lovely house to live in.

The room is not available to couples. We would prefer someone who does not work from home, but will consider applicants who do. No smokers please. LGBTQI+ preferred.
