Looking for a clean, quiet lodger for a room in a lovely, unique 3 bedroom house in BS3 (2 doubles, 1 single, 1 bathroom), with off-road parking, a garden + shed, separate lounge and dining room. I spend some time there, but often not there. I'll also be doing some minor works (painting etc) on the house.
Public transport links: 29 min to Temple Meads, 10 mins to Bedminster train station, 3 mins for the no. 90 bus into town.
Amenities: 10 mins to Victoria Park or to Lidl, 25 min to Whapping Wharf/Harbourside.
It has a front and back garden so great if you are gardening enthusiasts. There is space in the drive for 2 cars. There is a small shed in the back for bicycles and gardening equipment (some included).
Bills are split between those living in the house. Council tax is paid by the landlord.
Looking to rent to professionals. Those who work in the office 4 or 5 days a week are prioritised. If you WFH 5 days a week, the rent will be different.
The room is definitely available for 6 weeks and potentially longer.
Employment and previous landlord references are normally required.
