Looking for a flatmate to join me in a lovely flat in Bedminster, just off east street on a lovely cobbled street. Not far from a big supermarket, windmill hill farm, north street, Victoria park, whapping wharf and the harbour, there’s lots to do by foot or by bike.
Looking for a flatmate to move into the biggest room, which is the same price as the smaller room and has lots of wardrobe space as well as space for a desk. The room comes without a bed or desk, but wardrobes already here.
We’ll have a lovely big kitchen/diner/living room that has lots of plants, dining table and sofa and most importantly, a good espresso machine!
There’s tonnes of storage in the flat so if you’ve got sports/camping/luggage kit that won’t be a bother. We also have secure bike storage in the building. There’s lots of parking on the street which you can easily get a permit for if you have a car.
I’m a 31 year old engineer working at a renewables and cleantech company in Bristol, and I mostly work from the office or on site, so you’ll likely have the run of the flat if you want to work from home during the day. I’m an easy going guy who can get along with anyone.
Council tax is band B, so about £87 per month, the flat is quite well insulated so doesn’t take much heating.
