Spacous double room in bedminster!

I’m moving out of my lovely room in Bedminster and looking for someone to take my place.

The room is a large double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and an amazing view overlooking Bristol. The house also has a pretty spacious garden and on-street parking.

The room is currently unfurnished, although I’d be happy to leave the bed frame behind if needed, as I won’t be taking it with me. Depending on where I end up moving to, I may also leave a few other pieces of furniture. Potentially, the mirror and bedside tables I would be happy to sell for cheap

Bills come up to roughly around £120 per month, slightly more during the winter when heating is being used
The location is super convenient, with everything you need within walking distance:

Corner shop – 2-minute walk
Bedminster Train Station – 4-minute walk
Asda – around 7-minute walk
Lidl – around 10-minute walk
City centre - 15-20 min walk

It’s a great spot with easy access to local shops, transport and everything Bedminster has to offer. I’ve really loved living here and will be sad to leave!

The current housemates are in their mid-twenties and thirties. George is a barber and musician, while Chris is an environmental scientist who works mostly from home. The third housemate is also moving out in October, so there will be another new housemate joining the house soon.

It’s a friendly and social household, and everyone gets along well. We enjoy spending time together when we can, whether that’s watching TV, baking, or heading to the pub. At the same time, we’re respectful of each other’s space and appreciate that everyone needs their own downtime too
