Hello!

I have a lovely spare room in my apartment that I’m looking to rent out for the next year or so. It’s in a brilliant location, with pretty much everything you could need right on the doorstep.

📍 The location

The apartment is on East Street, just a 10-minute walk from Bristol Harbourside, with all its bars, restaurants and shops, and around 5 minutes from North Street.

There are loads of great independent cafés, bars and restaurants nearby, including Bristol Loaf, MotMot, Sunny’s Kitchen and CanCan Pizza. Asda is literally next door, Lidl is about a 10-minute walk away, Luxe Gym is a couple of minutes from the apartment and there’s even a new Pilates studio almost directly underneath!

🏡 The apartment

The apartment is in a converted tobacco factory and has a really lovely, spacious kitchen / living / dining area, which you’re obviously welcome to use.

There are two bathrooms, one of which would be for your exclusive use.

The bedroom is a good size and comes with plenty of storage, including a wardrobe and chest of drawers, so there’s plenty of room for all your stuff.

The building itself has:

On-site concierge Monday–Friday
Secure gated access
Private communal gardens
Plenty of secure bike storage

🚆 Getting around

Bristol Temple Meads is around a 20-minute walk away, or about 5 minutes in a cab. We’re also on the Airport Flyer route, so getting to and from Bristol Airport is really easy.

A little about me

I’m a TV Producer, easy-going and sociable, and I’m looking for someone friendly and considerate who’s happy to have a chat over a cup of tea (or a glass of wine!), but equally enjoys having their own space and doing their own thing. I'd like someone who treats the apartment as their home and keeps communal spaces tidy.
