I’m looking for a tidy and considerate housemate to share my newly renovated home in Southville.

I’m creative, outdoorsy and very into cycling, so the house is set up with that sort of lifestyle in mind - there’s secure bike storage, a spacious garden and plenty of living space. I’m also a bit of an antique shopping addict, so there are plenty of old bits and bobs dotted around!

The bedroom is a good size, with the option to paint/decorate it however you like and make it your own.

A bit about me -

I’m a creative person and keen cyclist who enjoys the outdoors, making things and generally keeping busy. I’m sociable and always up for a chat, but equally appreciate having a quiet evening and doing my own thing.

I’m looking for someone who’s easy-going, respectful and tidy. I want the house to feel like a nice place to come home to, rather than just somewhere to sleep.

Ideally, you’ll be someone who appreciates a clean and calm home. I’m afraid my hardcore party days are over, but I’m definitely still up for a pub evening or the occasional night out!

Southville is a great spot — loads of good cafés, pubs and places to eat nearby, with easy access into town and plenty of green space and cycling on the doorstep.
