Female flatmate wanted | Stafford Yard | 2B2B

Looking for a female flatmate to take over my current flatmate’s place in our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment at Stafford Yard, Bedminster, Bristol, from around the end of November.

The apartment has:
• Private bedroom
• Private bathroom
• Large windows with lots of natural light
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Washer & dryer
• Dishwasher
• Pet-friendly

💷 Total rent: £2,397/month
→ £1,198.50/month per person when split between two people.

This is NOT a sublet. The new flatmate would take over my current flatmate’s place, but a completely new tenancy agreement would be created directly with Stafford Yard management.

The tenancy is on a monthly basis and is not a fixed-term contract.

Utilities are separate and based on usage. There is also a student/tenancy fee and a required shared cleaning service.

Stafford Yard has a Gym, Resident Lounge, Games Room, Co-working Space, Chef’s Kitchen, Private Dining Area, Courtyard, Parcel Management and Secure Fob Entry.
