about us:
Hi! We’re Molly (26) and Iona (29) looking for a new housemate! Iona works full time 9-5 as an admin in the city centre and Molly is currently job hunting. We both love going to the pub and Bristol nightlife. When we’re home we spend a lot of time in the living room watching tv shows and in the garden smoking and yapping! Molly is Vegetarian and Iona is vegan but we don’t have any issues with other dietary preferences. We strive to keep a tidy house but understand life can get in the way, so if you like an always pristine house over a more lived in vibe it may not be a good fit!
the room:
Unfurnished small double. It has enough room for a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table etc. Gets good light and very cozy!
about you:
We’re looking for someone who is interested in having a home together rather than just a room! Ideally someone who enjoys going out, whether that's nightlife or something more cultural and artsy, and chill nights in too. We respect eachothers privacy and need for alone time, but someone who's down for a yap is ideal!
about the house:
3 bed, one bathroom (with bath) and another toilet downstairs. Lovely living room and kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. Large garden and great location!
about the location:
We’re located near parson street station, excellent bus and train links to pretty much anywhere you'd need to go in Bristol. We’re also a 2 minute walk from a great chippy/kebab and a 24 hour offie. There’s a good sized lidl around a 10 min walk away or a Tesco express and a Sainsbury's in the other direction. Decent walking distance to the pubs and bars of north street.
