Double room in friendly houseshare

Our lovely housemate Nat is moving out therefore looking for someone to take her place 🤗

This is a double room upstairs facing the garden, already has some shelves and space for storage (also more storage space on the landing to be used if required). The house itself is a 3 bed, with a garden out the back, living room downstairs, kitchen and dining area. There is on street parking if you have a car.

Room will come unfurnished, rent is £550 and bills including internet will be about £151 on top.

Great location in bedminster, just off the lively north street and about a 10minute walk to parson street station. Very close to Aldi and about a 20minute walk to the harbourside.

Current housemates is myself (28) and Renee (23). Both of us work in finance therefore I work from home 2 days a week whilst Renee tends to go in office.

We are a very friendly and sociable household, therefore wouldn’t want it to feel like someone is just renting a room and we would look to all be friends! We do also respect alone time. We enjoy cooking, chilling, listening to music, watching movies, shopping, going out to the pub or events.

Please note it will only be available 18th November onwards, ideally want someone in for that date or a few days after. I assume references and a deposit would be required however I can check with our landlady once we start to cross that bridge.
