I’m looking for a kind, caring, and considerate person to share my home with. I’m Kelly, 45, and I work in the public sector. I’m easy-going and friendly -I love music, going to the gym, walking, cooking, and making the most of what Bristol has to offer.

I’m looking for someone who wants more than just a room - someone who wants the flat to feel like home and values a relaxed, respectful environment where we can share a chat but also entirely respect each other's space and privacy.

The Flat & Location
My 3rd-floor flat has recently been redecorated and is bright, comfortable, and well looked after. The location is brilliant for getting around:
* North Street – 5-minute walk
* Wapping Wharf & Harbourside – 10-minute walk
* Temple Meads Station – 25-minute walk (or a short walk to Bedminster Station)
* Free on-street parking directly outside the flat.
* Lidl, Aldi, Tesco Express, and Asda are all close by.

The Room
The room is a bright, cozy, small double bedroom. Because of the size, it is ideally suited to a professional who works out of the home standard hours (not suitable for full-time work-from-home). It comes fully furnished with:
* Divan double bed with 2 storage drawers and mattress
* Built-in wardrobe with shelving
* Chest of drawers and a bedside table
* Extra household storage is available if required!

The rest of the flat is fully equipped with everything you need (including a bright kitchen, dining space, comfortable living room, and an air fryer!). If you happen to be good at looking after house plants, that's definitely a bonus! 🌿
