Houseshare in Bedminster available from 1st Dec

We’re looking for a housemate to join our friendly household from 1st December.

The room is an unfurnished double room, with space for a double bed and desk. It’s on the smaller side, but this is reflected in the rental price.

Rent is £420 per month, excluding bills. Household bills generally work out at around £130–£180 per month, depending on the season.

A little about us

You’ll be sharing with Grace (30s) and Oli (40s). We’re both friendly, easy-going and sociable, but equally happy doing our own thing. It’s a relaxed home and definitely not a party house, so someone who is considerate, clean & tidy, chilled and enjoys a friendly household would be ideal. We are also only considering someone who would want to stay long term.

We’re ideally looking for someone aged 30+ and female although we’re open-minded and happy to consider anyone who’s a good fit. No pets will be considered.

Location

The house is approximately 10 minutes’ walk from the Tobacco Factory end of North Street, with plenty of nearby bus and train connections into the city centre.
