Hey, big double room to rent in a lovely house in Bedminster available from early December.

The room:
It’s located on the first floor with a large window which gets plenty of light. It has a built-in wardrobe but is otherwise unfurnished. The house has three beds.

Current housemates:
As the other housemate will also be moving out it's just me for now. My name is Jordi! I am 31, half Spanish/half English. I am a laidback, tidy and sociable person, I am very into music and I also enjoy cycling, hiking/being outdoors, painting and cooking for people. I am LGBT+ friendly and very accepting and considerate of other people's personal space and preferences.

Ideally I am looking for someone who shares similar interest is easy to get along with and is tidy as looking to keep the house to the current standards.

Location / House:
The house has a lovely homely feel to it and it has a lot of shared communal space. There's a large kitchen with a dining table, living room, shared bathroom and a dining room which is currently unused but has a lot of potential. There's also a small office space which can be used for WFH. There's a nice garden at the back which gets plenty of sunlight. Great location a minute from Victoria Park and just over 10 min to Lidl and Asda and temple meads and 20 minutes from the centre. Free parking on road.

- The room is £600 without bills (they add an approximate £150 on top).
