Double room in 2 bed house off North Street

Hey I’m Laura and I’m looking for a gal to move into this lovely 2 bed house in Bedminster as my current friends (couple) are moving out to buy a house.

The bedroom is 14” x 11” with a built in wardrobe cupboard but is otherwise unfinished.
The 2 bed house has a lovely open plan kitchen / diner and a big garden.
Just off of North street it’s a great location with loads of shops, pubs, a comedy club, gym and a local Aldi, but it’s a surprisingly quiet little col de sac.
There’s on street free parking (we don’t struggle currently and all 3 of us have a car).

I’m very independent and have a busy life and job so I’m in and out the house a lot and looking for someone who is the same. I would love our home to be a chilled, tidy and clean space we can hang out in :)

Bills currently are £130 each but it’s split between 3 of us so my guess is around £170(ish) may take a couple of months of figuring it out x

- 5 weeks rent deposit is required.
- Move in date 1st Jan as that’s when my current housemates get the keys to their house.
