Bright double room in a friendly home

It's a double bed with a new comfy mattress. The room is bright and sunny. It's one of my favourite rooms in the house.

* Single occupant only (no couples)

You’ll only be sharing with me so not a busy house! Plus, I am away a lot (sometimes for extended periods) meaning you’ll frequently have the whole place to yourself.
The room is furnished with a big double bed with a very comfy mattress, chest of drawers, a hanging rail, a full-length mirror and a shelf. It has a big window overlooking the garden.


About the house:
- Located in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood
- On-street parking and I’ve never have issue finding a spot
- As it's an end terrace, there's a side entrance to the garden
- A separate toilet downstairs


The house is located in the popular South Bristol area, within walking distance of North Street and many shops and restaurants. It's:
- 20 minutes (walking) to the beautiful Bristol Harbourside and city centre.
- Close to Bristol Temple Meads and Parson Street stations
- 10 mins to all the supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl, Sainsbury, Tesco, Asda, Co-op).
- 15-min bus ride to Bristol airport (the bus stop is just 3 mins walk from the house)
I'm a professional and work in the day and normally have activities or meet friends in the evenings. I'm friendly but also respect each other's privacy and personal time.

I am active and adventurous, like being outdoor, hiking, yoga, gardening, love food and cooking. But also love having quiet time.
