The house has a beautiful outdoor garden with decking and a hot tub, overlooking lovely countryside. There is also a bus stop right outside, with good transport links to Newtownards and Belfast.

The room has a double bed and wardrobe, with use of the shared bathroom, kitchen and living areas.

I have two small, friendly Shih Tzu dogs, so you would need to be comfortable living with dogs.

I work full-time and do shift work, so I’m looking for a quiet, respectful and considerate person who is also working or has a similar lifestyle.

This is a quiet home and is not suitable for someone looking to have parties, lots of visitors.

I'm looking for someone clean, tidy, reliable and easy-going who would treat the home with respect.

Rent: £500 per month including bills.
