Check out our spacious house with five double rooms. We are currently looking for 5 new housemates to make it their home.

The well-equipped modern kitchen and dining area is perfect for socialising and cooking meals. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hobs, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freezer. The living area has plenty of sofa space and a flat-screen TV.

We also provide a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as full gas central heating and double glazing throughout the house. The house has otwo bathrooms. A fortnightly cleaner is included in the rent for the communal areas.

The rent includes gas, electricity, water, council tax, TV license for communal areas, and fast Virgin Business 400Mb fibre broadband. A deposit of equal value to one month's rent is required, and there are no fees.

Our location is ideal for professionals, as we are located just around the corner from Filton Avenue, which is convenient for Airbus, Rolls Royce, MOD, Abbey Wood, BAE Systems, Aviva, UWE, Cribbs Causeway, Aztec West, Southmead Hospital, and more. There are also nearby bus stops that provide transportation to the city center, which is only 25 minutes away. Asda and Sainsbury's are a short walk away, along with Nandos, McDonalds, Matalan, KFC, and Costa. Filton Leisure Centre is located a short walk away as well. We would also consider mature/postgrad students.
