Our kitchen diner is well equipped with everything you'll need including a bean to cup coffee machine, dishwasher, large American style fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, blender, breadmaker and more.

The living room is perfect for relaxing after a long day, with a large and comfortable corner sofa perfect for a Netflix binge or a night of board games.

Large garden perfect for summer BBQs when the weather permits! At the end of the garden there is a garage for storage of bikes etc.

We like to keep the house clean and tidy and are looking for someone likeminded.

The house is in a great location on a quiet road just off Filton Avenue, there is off street parking for two cars and plenty more on street parking. Easy access to local employers, multiple public transport options as well as being close to the M32 and M4. Filton avenue is one minute walk away and has great bus routes into town or anywhere else you should wish to go. Filton Abbey Wood Train Station is also less than 10 minutes’ walk away.

Abbey Wood Shopping Park is 13 minutes’ walk or 6 minutes’ drive away for supermarkets, gyms and restaurants. More interesting restaurants and everything else that Gloucester Road has to offer are not far away at the bottom of Filton Avenue.
