Spacious double room for a smoke free Professional

I have fully furnished large double room in a professional household. The house is ideally located very near to Airbus, MoD, Rolls Royce, GKN Aerospace and BAE Systems. The house has front and back gardens and is located very close to local shops and supermarkets. Transport links are great with buses to the city centre every 10 mins and a train station 10mins walk away.
There is unlimited, fasted Wi-Fi broadband and the monthly rent includes all the bills (electricity, gas, water, council tax and Wi-Fi). We are looking for strictly non-smoking housemates whom we can trust and would call it home. We are looking for someone quiet and be respectful of other housemates. Please note it is for professionals preferably.
