Description

Hello all,

We are a friendly house of 3 guys with the fourth moving on to greener pastures over the next month.

About the gaff:
The house is just off Filton avenue on Mortimer Road, 3 minutes walk to Filton Abbey Wood train station, and about a 30-40 minute bus into the centre via the 70 or 74.

Comes with a space on the drive, garage and loft space, large garden and far enough out to be relatively quiet but close enough to get into the centre pretty swiftly. Spacious living room, kitchen with 2 fridges, larder and your own cupboard space.

The room overlooks the garden with a double bed and space for plenty of things as you can see by the pics.

About us:
We are in our early to mid 30s, all working in different industries, sociable but respectful. This is a drama free living situation and we like it that way.

We hang out together semi regularly but are all engaged in different things out and about in the world and generally busy people.

Me - 35, work in events, music and an alternative wellness freelance career. Likes - Music, football, skateboarding, motorbikes, travelling, exercise, video games.

Dan (bald guy in the garden) - 36, studying a masters whilst working at Pret in cribbs.
Likes - sciencey stuff, building things, giving great advice, coding, learning new skills.

Jaz - 30, works in a hotel in Bradley Stoke.
Likes - Creative writing, poetry, film and media, speaking in vibes as opposed to words, cleaning, football, socialising.

About you:
We're looking for someone who is independent and also enjoys a social now and then.

Someone respectful and clean but equally isn't going to lose their mind if there's a few dishes around for a bit.

If you have some creative strings to your bow and also like to bring ideas/skills to groups and help make things happen then that's a bonus 🤘

You must also respect the garden gnomes (they will be receiving a new lick of paint soon so hopefully that sounds fun for you!)

About the contract:
We rent through Taylors letting agents who have generally been pretty helpful. We do also have a direct relationship with our landlord as well which is additionally helpful.

Pets are generally not allowed but I reckon there is a possibility with discussion with the agency and the landlord if you are a responsible pet owner. I've lived here for nearly two years and we have a good relationship with both.

The contract is 6 months long.

The rent is £600 a month and bills tend to be around £100.

Deposit is £600 under a deposit protection scheme agreed
with the letting agent.

DSS of course accepted.

Viewings taking place week beginning 9th March.

Drop me a line if this sounds up your street!

Nice one,

Kjaer
