Small double room Horfield

I have a small double room available in my house for, professionals/post grads ages around 23-36. I’m hoping to get someone for around a 6 month stay

Area is Horfield on Filton Avenue/BS34

🏡 The room is a small double room, and there will be a small double bed by the time of move in. It also has lots of storage and a desk with light up mirror.

The house has a driveway with lots of parking and a large back garden. There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer for your use.

🚎Its a 20 min walk to UWE and 40 mins by bus to UOB. 8 minute walk to Filton Abbey Wood station where the next stop is Temple Meads.

🐶👩🏽 A bit about me: I’m a 32-year-old professional. I enjoy the gym, going out for food and walks with my dog Gigi, who is at home full-time, so you’ll need to be comfortable around dogs. I’m looking for someone who is also independent with their own routines, hobbies and social life. It would be lovely to have a chat and catch up when we’re both around, while also being happy doing our own thing and respecting each other’s space.
