Common areas are cleaned every week by a tenant for reduced rent.

Share 2 Bathrooms, 2 Separate Toilets, 3 Kitchens (2 rooms have their own kitchen occupied by 3 people) (people generally cook 1, 3X a week, 1 doesn't in shared kitchen), Fast Fiber-optic Broadband-1,000 Mbps, Covered Veranda, 65 Foot Garden. Total rooms 8, shared with 7 people (3F, 4M). If house is full it will have a total Maximum 8 or 9 people in total. Washrooms are not busy because most tenants work different times, not from home. All the tenants and landlord are quiet, tidy, respecting, easy going and friendly. You couldn't ask for better tenants and landlord.

The house is in the process of re-decoration and modernization. Passages will be repainted, all painted wood and facility doors will get a second coat of turquoise, light green paint, 4 radiators, repaired, 1st floor bathroom and toilet re-tiled to ceiling & toilet pan changed, front door and bath window replaced with new triple glazed, rear passage re-floored and some rooms re-painted. Most things in the veranda needs to go to charity shop, things left by ex tenants.

If you electric cycle or scooter 3 miles you will be in Zone 3 at Hanger Lane & 5.2 miles you will be in Zone 2 at North Acton. There are lots of the Lime & Voi electric hire bikes around.

All bills INCLUDED, Energy Bills INCLUDED based on last winter, so maybe some PLUS or MINUS depending on usage and prices. Water bill based on last bill, but price and usage doesn't go up much.
