A Single room is available in our quiet, relaxed and friendly house-share in Greenford. The room has Blackout curtains.
The house is a big four-bedroom house located in a very quiet neighbourhood just 5 minutes walk from Greenford High Street for buses to Ealing Broadway and Greenford stations.
We have lightning fast 1130Mbps Wireless Cable Broadband Internet.
The house has two bathrooms/toilets, living room, a decent kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a nice patio area and garden at the back.
My name is Steve and I have been the head tenant in this house for 18 years currently and have built up a great relationship with our landlord. Things get fixed if they go wrong.
The flags on the fridge represent the people I have lived with during my time here. Current housemates are myself (41, English), another English guy (41) and a Lithuanian guy (34). We are ideally looking for someone around the same age range who is happy to take their turn with cleaning and who will respect the others living here.
