Total rooms 8, shared with 7.5 people (1 guy is only there 2-3 nights/week) at the moment (1F 6.5M). If house is full it will have a total Maximum of 8.5 people in total. 1 guy is only there 2-3 nights a week. Washrooms are not busy because most tenants work different times and part time, not from home. All the tenants and landlord are quiet, tidy, respecting, easy going and friendly. You couldn't ask for better tenants and landlord.
