I have a Double Room Loft with En-suite located in Ilford IG1 !HE - It is 10 Minutes Walk from Ilford Station to Liverpool street - also has a bus service few minutes walk from the House. Bus runs frequently to Ilford, Barking and Redbridge (Central Line). it is very clean house, and there is father and a young son (Student in a Private School) live in the House. Very quiet and clean, the kitchen is shared and there is breakfast room with TV that is also shared. But you have your own TV, Brand new bedding, a shower, and separate restroom. It is very mixed area and close to Ilford Lane - open all the time. The rent for this place is GBP 750 per month and one months deposit. All Bills are paid, includes internet and centrally heated house. Non smoking and no pets.
