I am currently renting out a middle size room, that is furnished with a new bed, closet it’s to min away from seven kings station and takes 10 min to Stratford station and to central 25 min

I'm open to have students/professionals that are willing to live in this area.

The flat is empty during the week due to the fact that everyone is out, and during the weekends you will be more or less alone as well because I'm out a lot.
