Great room in house in Kingston KT2

We have a lovely house on three floors in North Kingston near Richmond Park. Kingston overground station and buses are a 5-10 minute walk

There are currently 3 of us living in the house but two of us are travelling a lot and live abroad for several months at a time. We will come back to Kingston periodically

One double room available on 2nd floor (shared toilet and bathroom for those 2 rooms)

We have three cats who are well house trained (they go outside via a cat flap into the garden) but we would want you to feed them and look after them

Garden and patio area with BBQ (see photos)

All bills included (gas, electric, rates and broadband)

Fast Broadband with several wifi access points

There is controlled parking outside our house (you would need to get a permit) or free parking approx 5 mins walk

Bikes (bicycles) are outside the house (men and women`s) and you could have use of them

Basic foods - eg milk, and home made bread included when we are home

1-2 meals per week cooked for you (when I am not travelling) at no cost

Friendly fun household with interests in music, photography, healthcare and life

We are flexible if you want a short term let

We have hosted a number of Erasmus / European students who have studied at Kingston Uni and that has worked well for us

The room is on the top floor and you will share that space and bathroom / toilet with another woman aged 30. As you are sharing a bathroom with another woman - its woman only.
The bedroom has a single bed but a pull out bed underneath for the occasional visitor.
