I'm Pavel, 33. I work in finance and keep a calm, tidy home - most evenings I'm watching a classic film or a documentary, so it's a quiet household.

The main room is a king-size with private en-suite. There's also a single room that may or may not stay empty, a big living room with home cinema, a garden, private parking, and a secure shed for bikes and luggage. All bills included and I handle all the admin - the only extra is a small winter top-up if the heating runs high.

Location is the real selling point. The flat is in a gated community a minute from the river, the biggest Sainsbury's in Surrey, and a gym with pool and sauna. The high street with banks and riverside restaurants is 5 minutes, and the station is a 7-minute walk - 23 minutes by train into Waterloo. Richmond Park and Bushy Park are both walkable if you cycle or hike. I do.

Practical bits: the price is for single occupancy on both rooms taken together - a sole occupant or a couple in the king-size ensuite is a little more. I’m flexible and eager to help so reach out. No payslips or referencing hoops; a chat and a handshake is enough.

I'm after people around my age where the fit feels right, not just someone to split the space with. I'm originally Eastern European, long settled here and fully British by now. I own the flat and live in it, but the house runs as equals - shared space, shared respect, no landlord energy.
