Hello :) My name is Aleks and I am looking for someone to share a flat with me The room is a generous double size with a double wardrobe and has a lovely balcony/terrace which is a wonderful and very desirable addition The flat is immaculate, very large and spacious and located right in the middle of Kingston Town Centre. Bentalls, John Lewis, Waitrose, Tesocs etc are all seconds away.. The living room is large with an open plan kitchen and has a long hallway which separates the living room and bedrooms. For two people this flat is perfect for communal living.. Rent is £875 and bills are £223 each per month at the moment (council tax, gas, electricity, water and wifi).
