Short Term Only - June to August 2026

I have a double room becoming available for a short term let (6th June to mid/late August 2026 or any part thereof) in leafy N. Kingston.

The room has ample wardrobe space, and also has a desk and chair.

To share modern bathroom, kitchen, living room and garden with myself, a friendly female professional, mid 40s, into photography, travelling, hiking, gym, art, and I enjoy meeting new people. I have a cat, who spends most of her time in the garden or in my bedroom, so you have to be OK with pets and potentially looking after her if I’m away.

I will be away late June to early July, as well as for a short period in late July, so during this time you will either be by yourself, or potentially with a male friend who may be subletting the other room.
The house is situated close to the river, Parks (both Richmond and Bushy Park are close by), and big Sainsbury's, while Kingston town centre and train station is a c.10-15 minute walk away.
Bus stop is a 2 minute walk away.

Free off-street parking is available.

The rent of £950 pcm includes all bills (gas & electricity - assuming reasonable use - council tax, water rates, internet).
Looking for a like-minded individual, ideally a friendly female working professional, late 20s - late forties, who is looking for a home not just a room. Someone who has their own interests and hobbies but would also like to share a drink or a cuppa and a chat after a day's work.
