I have a double room becoming available in mid August in leafy Kingston.

The room has ample wardrobe space, and also has a desk and chair.

To share modern bathroom, kitchen, living room and garden with myself, a friendly female professional, mid 40s, into photography, travelling, hiking, gym, art, and meeting new people. I have a cat, who spends most of her time in the garden or in my bedroom.
There may also be another housemate (male) on occasion sharing the house.
The house is situated close to the river, Parks (both Richmond and Bushy Park are close by), and big Sainsbury's, while Kingston town centre and train station is a c.10-15 minute walk away.
Bus stop is a 2 minute walk away.

Free off-street parking is available.

The rent of £950 pcm includes all bills (gas & electricity - assuming reasonable use - council tax, water rates, internet).
Deposit required to secure the room is £400.
Looking for a like-minded individual, ideally a friendly female, student or working professional, late 20s - early 50s, who is looking for a home not just a room. Someone who has their own interests and hobbies but would also like to share a drink or a cuppa and a chat after a day's work.
