The house is a 15 min walk to New Malden train station with frequent trains to Waterloo. Easy access also to Kingston University, Kingston Hospital and the A3. The bus stop for the 131 buses to Kingston and Wimbledon is only a few minutes away.

There is plenty of free parking space on the side roads along the house which is in the corner of 2 roads.

There are no agency fees to be paid and the tenancy period is flexible.
