A double room to rent in an old family home, pretty much exclusive use of one bathroom. Big sociable kitchen . Convenient for Wimbledon (5 mins) Kingston (10mins) and central London (20mins) . Good road links to m25 and a3 . Would be sharing with a professional middle aged woman and I must stress this is our family home so you must be fairly sociable and like a family environment..
