Double room in New Malden

I’m the current flatmate planning to move out, hopefully by June 5th.

Bills ranges from £40-£90 depending on the season, it is more expensive in winter due to heating.

If I proceed to move out from the 5th June, my replacement will be splitting the rent for the month of June as we pay every 20th of the month.
Contract ends in October but if you would like to extend or move out earlier you can as long as you find a replacement for you.

10-15 minute walk from New Malden station.
4 minute walk from bus stop towards Kingston and Raynes Park.

My flatmates have cats so no more pet allowed and preferably someone who loves cats as they are very sweet and friendly.

All the flatmates are women and would prefer a woman to replace me. Viewings available from 21st May onwards as I am busy with uni deadlines. Shared toilet usually works out with 4 people in the house.

Room comes with; Table, chair, double bed (might sell my mattress to my replacement or keeping it.) and a small shelf.
