I'm looking for a clean, tidy, friendly female preferred lodger, £500 per calendar month for the single and £600 for the double. Orpington / St. Mary Cray train station (direct line into London) is about a 2-minute walk from the bus stop. Very convenient location with a variety of Access stores, access to a fitted kitchen, and a Conservatory, including a lounge on occasion, a garden, and 2 bathrooms. Drive in, including plenty of parking on the road. A professional person is preferred. A single room with a large wardrobe, with plenty of space and storage.
