I have 2 rooms available for rent. They can either be rented individually or together.
Room 1:
A spacious single room. Being corner room, it get plenty of light. Room with separate entrance. The room is furnished with bed, wardrobe, and a table & chair.
Room 2:
A large room for single occupancy. The room is furnished with bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a table & chair.

Facilities:
Separate fridge/freezer and kitchen storage. Utility room with work surface, induction hob and sink for light cooking. Separate microwave and shared kettle, toaster and grill.

Bathroom:
Shared bathroom between these 2 rooms.

Rent includes household bills and wifi.

Both professionals and students welcome.
Only vegetarian food allowed in the house, no smoking, no alcohol in the house.

30 sec walk to bus stop to Orpington station. High street/Tesco within 10-15 mins walk.
Underfloor heating in addition to radiators.

Professional and educated small family household.

Orpington station about 20 mins by walk.
