Large Furnished Double Bedroom

We have a freshly decorated large airy double bedroom with space for a desk to WFH.

-South facing garden with patio and furniture and perfect for BBQ's.
- 1 minute walk from high street, gym, restaurants etc.
-8 min walk from Orpington train station.

This is our home (as opposed to a HMO) and we have two very cute and playful doggies, a Labrador and a Collie.

We are looking for someone who is relaxed, mature, clean and has lived alone before. Most importantly, they must be happy with doggies in the shared areas. This house share is not suitable for a couple.

We (Sav and John) have lived here over a decade and are married. We like to hike, travel, gym, and walk the dogs!

We would consider people with pets e. g. a fish but probably not a dog of their own because there can be too many dogs .
