very close to a number of gyms, restaurants and local cinema.

Property comes furnished with a double bed, mattress and few basics.

Bathroom is almost private except when we have visitors / guests.

Parking is available at extra £75 per month on driveway

I live in the property with my son and expect the lodger to respect the property as they would their own.
