We are a couple in our 30s with three children. Our home is bigger than the average UK home so there’s plenty space without being on top of each other! My kids are in a great routine and I believe to be kind & thoughtful. (The house has 4 bedroom, upstairs bathroom and downstairs bathroom/ shower, kitchen and 2 reception rooms)

My husband is a construction project manager and is out of the house 5am - 6pm and I am a stay at home mum. My older two children go to preschool and I’m at home during the day with my 18 month old. I spend a lot of time doing the housework, cooking, going out to meet friends with children, going shopping, essential and leisurely. I’m also a content creator so I spend time in the kitchen creating recipes!

We’d love to find a professional, considerate tenant who is independent, tidy and in full time employment.

We are offering a private room front facing room with access to the kitchen & toilet and bathroom upstairs. The bedroom has newly been renovated and is currently being used as a guest room. The rent includes all bills and WiFi, making things simple and hassle free.

We are very close to the train station which is just a few minutes walk away and the high street which is just at the end of the road. The high street has an array of great food spots, independent coffee shops, a useful pound store, a place to cut keys and fix electronics and a 2-3 local parks. A great community spirit!

We moved into the house in August 2025 so we are slowly renovating. The upstairs bedrooms have been completed and we are making our way down.
