Small/medium room - small double bed & furniture

Hi - is anyone looking for temporary/short term up to 3 months or possibly more TBA?
I have a light & airy small/ medium sized room (not box room) to rent out. Includes a small 4’ Double electric bed. Fitted wardrobe with storage space - desk tv makeup area with chair - 3 large drawers - bookshelf, table - all white. Linen basket. Bedding supplied unless you prefer to bring your own. Shared bathroom/toilet - downstairs toilet - kitchen - living room - conservatory - porch - garden - garage/shed. Use of washing machine. Wi-Fi and all bills included (inc. council tax band C) EXCEPT food - own personal preferences to be bought - can be stored separately. Must like dogs as have 2 small 1 medium - see photo - all love people. Older grandchildren and family visit so you are welcome to be part of that or retreat to own room - no pressure! You will be a key holder. Come n go as you please. Prefer not to have extra visitors as grandchildren stay over. Respect all round is all I ask for as easy going and welcoming and very family oriented which you are welcome to be part of or not. Prefer a person in full time work but not opposed to student bearing in mind I live in Ringwood New Forest and so you may need transport. Space for car on road nearby. I’m close to A31 heading to Bournemouth and Southampton and other places very easy access. Will need own insurance. Tenants agreement TBA and signed. At least 2 references needed and proof of identity and right to work ie passport. Any questions/or to discuss further please contact me.
