Modern double room

A lovely double room with modern furnishings including fast broadband in a very quiet, clean semi detached house with own driveway. Huge garden and large kitchen. Two mins walk from Northwood Hills Station and not on a hilly road.

You will be staying in an all female household with me and my disabled child who only moves around the ground floor as a wheelchair user. My child has her own dedicated wetroom which I also use. So lodger will have almost exclusive use of upstairs bathtub shower. Definitely not a crowded home with lots of lodgers.

We are pure veg including no eggs and are seeking someone who is a non smoker and can follow this diet at least whilst at home.

Unfortunately, no couples or pets.
