Gorgeous and bright room in West London Home

Hi Everyone,

I am looking for someone amazing to stay in the bedroom in my beautiful and peaceful home.

My flat is comfy, tidy, and decorated with style, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

Ideally, I would prefer someone that is a mature professional, outgoing, and up for the occasional chat over a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

It is important for me that the house is safe, cosy, and that the person living with me feels the same.

My home is always kept clean, and although there is a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks, I would like someone who will respect the cleanliness of the flat and is also the same.

I am Tullia Sarah, an outgoing, full-of-life individual who loves interacting with people from different cultures and loves travelling around the world. I am Italian, from Venice, and have lived in London for over 16 years. I currently work in media and marketing (mostly from home for now) and I am CELTA qualified, teaching English as a foreign language. In my spare time, I like to meet up with a handful of very close friends, enjoy long walks, exercise, and practice yoga to help me relax.

My home is located in the vibrant and upcoming South Acton and Acton Central, very close walking distance to Chiswick!

Transports are at your doorstep! South Acton (3 mins walk to the overground), Acton Town (7 mins walk to the Piccadilly line underground) and Acton Mainline (10 mins by bus number 440, from the building to the Elizabeth line).

The lovely Chiswick High Street is close by (10 mins walk) with great transport connections (Tube, Bus, Rail), its markets, lovely restaurants, and all the local shops.

Bedroom details:

You will be staying in the bright and comfy bedroom, with a single bed that turns into a SMALL DOUBLE BED (like a French bed) and a large bathroom (on some occasions, please note it may be shared), located across the hall from the bedroom. There is also a desk and chair available if you ever need to work on occasions remotely.

The bedroom where you would be staying, is located next to the dining/kitchen area, which leads to a balcony.

Once again, the day bed is a single bed that turns into a SMALL DOUBLE BED (like a French bed).

Bathroom details:

The large bathroom has a shower and bathtub, which is across the hall from the bedroom (on some occasions, please note, it may be shared).

There is use of the kitchen for light cooking and/or to heat food in the microwave and to store some food in the fridge and cupboard provided.
Kitchen and dining/living room timing usage policy applied, to be discussed when you move in.

Available from 1st of July 2024.
Minimum length of stay: 1 month
Maximum length of stay: 6 months
Duration can be extended upon request.

The monthly price is £1,200 with all bills included (council tax isn't a payable cost) and high-speed broadband included.
The cost also includes a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks.

A security deposit of £1,200 is also payable to secure the room, as well as £50 for the check out cleaning.
